Crosswave Youth Network – Die Kreuzwelle is a dynamic Vienna-based NGO founded in 2025 with one clear mission:
to empower young people through sustainability, digital skills, and international cooperation.
We believe Europe’s next generation holds the key to solving today’s biggest challenges, from climate change and social exclusion to digital inequality. That’s why we create transformative learning experiences for Europeans aged 18–30, giving them the mobility, knowledge, and community they need to thrive.
What We Do
Through Erasmus+ youth exchanges, training courses, and local initiatives, we:
Design non-formal learning programs that combine creativity with practical skills.
Facilitate international projects connecting Austria with partner NGOs across Europe.
Develop toolkits and resources that capture best practices in digital transformation, AI ethics, sustainability, and intercultural cooperation.
Support young changemakers with mentorship, project-based learning, and opportunities to lead their own initiatives.
